Supplemental Questions on Job Postings
This is a reminder that you can now add Supplemental Questions to your job postings.
Supplemental Questions can be used to gather information from applicants for both minimum requirements and other criteria you would like to use to screen applicants.
For example, if the minimum qualifications for a position require applicants to have three (3) years of experience, but you prefer to consider only applicants with five (5) years of
experience, you may ask the question, "How many years of experience do you have in this area?" This would allow you to narrow down your search based upon the applicants' responses.
If you are interested in using Supplemental Questions, please contact Shonett Haynes, Staffing Specialist, at (225) 379-1295 or
shonett.haynes@la.gov.
